Well, 2011 has gone and 2012 has come. We entered this New Year together with our family in Jesus as usual and this time it was with our dear family in Cape Town. We were welcomed as if we’ve never left fifteen years ago. Love never dies.
We’d like to wish you a New Year that begins with Jesus.
“John 1-5, 9-14: (For you) In the beginning (of this year) is the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things (this year for you) were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made (for you). In him was life (for you), and the life was the light of men (for you). The light shines in the (your) darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the (your) world. He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. But to all who did receive him (is it you?), who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”
Jesus came to this earth for you and He needs you to make the difference He’d like to make this year to your world.
We wish you a year of nearness to the Lord so you can hear His instructions, obey His commands, be loved by Him (John 14:21), be fruitful (John 15) and have a treasure in heaven (Matthew 6:19-21).
Lord, thank you for using us this year according to your plan.
